Word of the Week: God Knows What’s Best
Remember, God always know what’s best for us. When God puts a thought, a plan, a word or a set of instructions in your spirit, and your heart seem to be connected with it, you can’t shake it off, then don’t hesitate to follow through with it. Others will try to persuade you otherwise but you must stand firm.
When it was time for Elizabeth to dedicate her new born baby before God at the temple and to name him, [They] those who were at the temple became intrusive and told her that they are going to name him Zechariah after his Father. Immediately, Elizabeth spoke up and said, “No! He is to be called John.” (Lk. 1:59-60 NIV). You must be bold in the Spirit of the Lord against any alterations of God’s perfect plan for your life, destiny and purpose.
